Where are NPAS call centers located?

NPAS has 2 call centers. One call center is located in Bedford, Texas. We are centrally located in the mid-cities area. NPAS’ other call center is located in Louisville, Kentucky in the East end.

What is the pay?

NPAS has competitive pay and is based on call center experience. NPAS also offers a 10% shift differential for Full Time and Part Time Night employees.

Is there training provided?

NPAS offers paid training for both full time and part time positions. Full time training is 2 ½ weeks. Part time training is 4 weeks.

What kind of environment will I be working in?

NPAS is an automated call center environment. We take incoming calls and make outgoing calls to patients and insurance companies. Our environment is collections with a strong customer service focus.

If I submit my resume, how long until I get an interview?

If you are a good fit for NPAS, it takes an average of 4-5 weeks from the time we receive your resume to the time you are scheduled for an interview. This is due to the time is takes for resume reviews, phone screens, testing and possible verifications to be completed prior to the interview.

What is the dress code?

NPAS is a business casual environment. Business casual attire is to be worn Monday-Thursday. Every Friday and Saturday is casual and blue jeans may be worn.

What are the hours?

NPAS offers 4 different shifts as business need requires. They are:

Full Time Day: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Full Time Night: Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm-10:00 pm

Friday 12:30 pm-9:30 pm

Part Time Day: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-12:30 pm

Saturday 9:00 am-1:00 pm

Part Time Night: Monday-Thursday 5:30 pm-10:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am-1:00 pm

 

Are there shift bids?

NPAS does not require shift bids. We are not a 24/7 environment.

Are there bonus opportunities?

You will be eligible for monthly bonuses after 60 days of employment. Bonuses are awarded strictly by performance. Performance measures for the bonus plan are: Quality, Production, Attendance and Collections.

When will I receive Paid Time Off?

You will accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) every 2 weeks from the time you start.  You will not be eligible to use PTO until after 90 days of service. If you need scheduled time off within your first 90 days, you must disclose this information during the interview process.

When will I be eligible for medical and dental insurance?

In the Texas center, you will become eligible for medical and dental insurance 30 days after employment. In the Kentucky center, you will become eligible for medical and dental insurance after 60 days of employment.

Will I have to work weekends?

There are no required weekends for Full Time employees. Part time employees only work 9:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturdays.
