When you first arrive at NPAS, you will go through an extensive, paid training program that prepares you for the job.  The first 2 ½ to 3 weeks of employment are spent in the training class.  Our trainers are knowledgeable and will keep you engaged in the material.

Our state of the art technology gives you the capability to work in a test environment while in training.  You will also receive hands on training with one of our employees to ease the transition to the live environment.

The training does not stop here!  The management staff commits themselves to helping you succeed after your training period.  Monthly contests, incentive plans, games, luncheons, etc. are used to motivate employees.  We recognize employees for outstanding achievements monthly, quarterly and yearly. 

NPAS strives to bring fun and excitement into the day while working to achieve our goals.  We have several cookouts throughout the year to celebrate special occasions.
